3. Custom Orders

We specialize in customized products made to order. Custom specifications include size, lighting color temperature, and additional features. Once an order is placed and production begins, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be received before production begins
• We accept online payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, and bank transfer
• For custom orders, a deposit may be required before production

5. Order Process

1. Place your order through our website
2. Receive order confirmation via email within 24 hours
3. Production begins after payment confirmation
4. Receive shipping notification when order is dispatched
5. Delivery within specified timeframe

6. Delivery and Shipping

• LED Mirrors: 10-15 business days
• Home Decor: 15-20 business days
• Bathroom Vanity: 25-30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product complexity. Shipping charges apply based on location and order size.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not permitted once customized production has begun. For standard products, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Partial payment orders: advance amounts are non-refundable and will be forfeited as cancellation charges.

8. Returns and Replacements

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in case of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Damage during shipping
• Wrong product delivered

9. Warranty

Professional installation is recommended for all LED mirrors and bathroom vanities. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation. Installation instructions are provided with each product.
